The Little Fox is an educational service that specializes in tutoring elementary-aged children from grades 1 - 6. Our services are offered by highly qualified and caring educators with several years of hands-on experience in the field of Education. We adapt our instruction and personalize learning materials to the specific needs of each child according to their grade level and individual strengths and challenges. Due to the recent pandemic, we have adapted our service to be offered online to ensure the safety of all.
The 3 C’s of the little foxes :
Courage: Having the courage to ask questions and to admit when we need more guidance. It is also to accept that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process. Be courageous, don't give up and success is sure to follow.
Curiosity : The ability to approach learning with a sense of adventure and the willingness to discover new ideas and concepts. Being open to seeing and doing things differently.
Collaboration: We (parents/educators/children/schools/community) are a team that work together for the success of all.
Tara Blanchet is the owner and founder of The Little Fox. With her business partner, Donna Spark, they have over 30 years of combined experience in the public school system, working in Special Education with children of all ages, needs and learning styles. They have first hand knowledge of the various challenges that many children in the community face, which include the hard realities of increasingly limited resources and the polarizing effects of a standardized educational model. They are passionate about their role as child advocates and are driven to do their part to support your child on their path to success.
